Until last year Myrtle Beach, South Carolina hosted one of the largest sportbike rallies in the country. Upwards of 300,000 enthusiasts would trek to the quiet beach resort town for a week of biker fun and fellowship; but the city council’s recent enactment of several “anti-motorcycle rally” laws have changed the scene entirely.
